have integrated a choice of
real-time trading platforms with
the streaming quote data
received via InterQuote. You can
now watch streaming quotes,
trade and receive a confirmation
in seconds with full integration
between InterQuote and Preferred
Trade , CyBerTrader's
CyBerX and Robbins
trading platform. If you are an
active trader, you owe it to
yourself to have the same, fast
trade execution institutions and
other high volume traders enjoy.
To take advantage of this new
service, InterQuote customers
will need to establish a trading
account with one of our partner
brokerages. Click the brokerage
service which best meets your
trading needs. Be sure to ask
them what kind of SPECIAL OFFER
they will provide for you as an
InterQuote customer!
After you have opened an
account with one of InterQuote's
trading partners, you will need
to enable the software’s
trading ability. Contact DTN at
[800] 311-1516 to set up your
account for trading capabiliites.
Next, enable your software by
going to Edit -> Preferences
-> Online Trading, and
selecting the online trading
partner with whom you have your
account.

To execute a
trade all you need to do is
double click on the bid or ask
cell in either the quote page,
option page, or the Level II
screen (shown here) to send the
data to the online trading
partner. Depending on which cell
is selected; the trade is
customized for that cell. More
specifically, a click in the Bid
or Ask column can display a
pop-up menu (Set in the
Preferences menu) from which the
number of shares/contracts can
be set. |
Your trading
information will then get sent
to the trading application that
you enabled in the software.
Once either the Preferred Trade
or Robbins Online application
has received the data from the
InterQuote application, it will
automatically fill in the fields
required to process the order.
Now, the only thing you have to
do now is review the order and
click the Send button. That's
all there is to it!
